A homeowners association that keeps a gated street of townhomes in good order and its residents informed.
Mission
The association exists so that every resident feels at home: respect between neighbours, care for the shared spaces, and clear communication from the people who run them.
The street
Since it was built, the association has kept its standards up: the gate, the pool and spa, the grounds and the paint. Homes here are kept, not merely owned.
How it is run
Day to day operations run through a property manager working with the board. Questions get a person on the phone, not a queue. The manager is Brian Cavanaugh, and the office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday through friday.
The entrance
One gate,one sign.
The street is entered through a gate off Vintage Drive, past the monument sign. Guests, deliveries and contractors come in the same way.
